1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.sirenglowaesthetics.com or engaging any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.
2. Medical & Aesthetic Services
All treatments are performed or overseen by Dr. Neeraja Chandrasekaran, MD. Consultations are required prior to any procedure. We reserve the right to decline service when not in the patient's best interest. Results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
- Late arrivals (>15 minutes) may be rescheduled at our discretion.
4. SMS Messaging Program (A2P)
Program/Brand Name: Siren Glow Aesthetics SMS Program
Program Description: Siren Glow Aesthetics operates an SMS messaging program through our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) for the purpose of sending appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up care instructions, promotional offers, and general practice updates.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on any Siren Glow form (website, booking drawer, intake paperwork), or by texting START or JOIN to 762-224-2380, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Siren Glow Aesthetics at the number provided, including messages sent using an automated system.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement — typically 2–8 messages per month. Appointment reminders are sent 24–48 hours before each visit; promotional messages are sent no more than weekly.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent.

Privacy: Mobile information (phone numbers) will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors supporting the program (e.g. messaging platform providers) and excludes any external third parties.
Liability Disclaimer: All major U.S. carriers are supported (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, Nextel, Cellular One, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent Condition: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. Prepaid packages and deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to other services at our discretion.
6. Privacy & HIPAA
All medical information is protected under HIPAA and our separate Privacy Policy. Photos taken for clinical documentation will never be shared publicly without signed consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siren Glow Aesthetics and its team members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
8. Changes to Terms
